Kicking the week off the right way, Clayton Hotels (Formerly Moran Hotels and Bewley’s Hotels) teamed up with top model and food blogger Roz Purcell to officially launch the newly rebranded hotels and announce their new Vitality Breakfast offering which is available throughout all Clayton properties. In the beautiful surroundings of their Ballsbridge hotel, Roz Purcell hosted a Farmers market style breakfast alongside Dalata Group CEO, Pat McCann showcasing the best breakfast produce guests can enjoy. In the courtyard of the Clayton Hotel, Ballsbridge, three specialty stands were set up, each manned by a Head Chef from the Clayton Group, including a “Vitality” stall – granolas, fruit, compotes, yoghurt, seeds and nuts, a “Vit-Ality” stall – power shots, Vitality water, pressed apple juice and fresh squeezed orange, a “Continental” stall – baked breads, jams, cheeses, continental meats and a “Gluten Free/Allergen Information” stall. Showcasing her knowledge and love of good food , Roz Purcell demonstrated how to make her delicious, yet very healthy, signature Power Shot, telling of its benefits which includes improving morning blues and fuelling your body and mind for the day ahead. Roz’s Power Shot is available exclusively in Clayton Hotels until the end of August 2015. Breakfast was followed by a mindfulness session with Suzanne Donohoe who taught those in attendance the fundamentals of mindfulness, breathing and posture. As a parting gift, guests were treated to hampers with Maria Lucia Bakes Gluten free range, James Meyler Fish Shop smoked salmon and Clayton hotel luxury chocolates and juices included to take a little of Clayton Hotels Vitality home with them.
